Glass Cup & Glass Straw

  • For adult use only. Keep the glass cup and straw away from children.
  • Recommended for cold drinks only. Do not use with hot liquids.
  • Inspect the cup, rim, base, straw, and both straw ends before every use.
  • Do not use if chipped, cracked, scratched, loose, or otherwise damaged. Stop using immediately if damage occurs.
  • Handle with care and protect from drops, impacts, and hard surfaces. Broken glass may cause serious injury.
  • Do not bite, chew, bend, or apply sideways or excessive pressure to the glass straw.
  • Never force the straw through the lid opening. Insert and remove it gently.
  • Do not walk, run, drive, or engage in physical activity while using the glass straw.
  • Avoid sudden temperature changes, including adding hot liquid to cold glass or cold liquid to hot glass.
  • Sip with the glass straw, or remove it and drink directly from the lid opening.
  • Hand wash only. Not recommended for microwave or dishwasher use.
  • Dispose of broken glass carefully.

Reusable Plastic Lid

  • Hand wash only.
  • Do not place on or near hot surfaces.
  • Do not use with hot drinks.
  • Dry fully before storing.

Battery-Powered Milk Frother

  • Insert AA battery/batteries according to the + / − direction inside the battery compartment.
  • Place the whisk head into your drink before turning it on to help prevent splashing.
  • Do not submerge the handle or battery area in water.
  • To clean, place only the metal whisk head in warm soapy water, turn it on briefly, rinse, and dry fully.
  • Remove the battery if storing for a long period.
  • Keep away from children and discontinue use if damaged.

14-Day Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for purchasing and paying for the return shipping label.

Email us before sending a return. Once the item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
